Outstanding customer service! I called at 7:00am and spoke with Bill. Explained my issue of getting a flat tire (I’m from out of town), driving on a tiny tire in an Explorer, and needing service, if possible, first thing as my husband was in surgery and I needed to get back. Bill was great to work with, was able to assess my tire, and made it possible to quickly have it replaced (unfortunately I hit something large on highway and knew it was in bad shape). As soon as they were done with the tire replacement, I received a call from the doctor that all went well and my husband was going into recovery, so perfect timing! A huge THANK YOU for having someone like Bill on your team that cares about the customer (even though I’m from out of town) and helping get me on my way as quick as possible! Very much appreciated!!

At first I didn't know if I'd be buying a car here because my first interactions were pretty clunky. I stopped the next day to look at a car that was supposed to be there and Peggy greeted me at the door. Peggy has been doing this a long time and made the car buying process very easy and wasn't pushy. I'd highly recommend stopping to talk to her for your future car purchasing needs. I broke down on the interstate, 12 miles from here, in the middle of the night. Roadside repair got me started and moving long enough to get to this Ford dealership.
