I was searching for a car on the bosak Ford website. I found two cars that I liked and then got a call from a sales rep Britney. I Explaining my situation She was supposed to get back to me and Let me know that they were able to take my ford focus as a trade in Unfortunately, I didn't hear anything back so I went back Online and fell out the credit app with Ford I was contact by Tony the sales rap at Ford with all the information I was looking for I was able to do the trade my Ford focus for a Volkswagen suv So I set up a time for them to come. Pick me up and start the paperwork. I then got a call from Britney from Bosak Chevy. She told me they are refusing to release the car to Bosak Ford. Bosak Chevys sales manager Don Allen called me and also refused to release the car. I purchased a Volkswagen Jada from Bosak Ford from Christian and Tony. That kept me out of the internal Pissing match. I was very happy with the service. They did me right, took care of me. Another happy customer.

What can I say about Bosak Ford?? From start to finish, it was an outstanding service! As soon as we walked in the door, we met James. (A little backstory: I’ve had a lot of “trauma” from various car salesmen - who did not end up getting my business - exhibiting extreme misogynist behaviors toward me to the point that I have a strong aversion to car salesmen & disliked car shopping as a whole.) Immediately, I had some walls up because of past salesmen trauma. James immediately helped us with the car test-driving & figuring out what we were looking for; he was very respectful of our budget price, too. We test drove an Explorer & an Edge; about the second test drive in, I knew I could put my “walls” down with James & enjoyed this car buying experience completely. Then he said he had a possible match for us: a van. Now, being a young female lady, I vowed to “never get a minivan” in my future. Little did I know this mini-van checked off all the boxes with us, thanks to James piecing together what we’re looking for. Overall, I felt heard, respected, understood, & feeling that my opinion counted for something. We ended up buying the Chrysler Pacifica van. From start to finish, I was very impressed with the service provided to me & my husband! Christian, the sales manager, also made our experience pleasant! Thank you, James, for changing my perspective on car salesmen & that there are good, reliable, kind salesmen out there! You sold me on the van, as well as sold me on being a continual customer! He will work to try to get you the vehicle you can afford. They have never pressured us into any vehicle. They are absolutely family to us!!!!!
