While driving home to the Detroit suburbs from Chicago on New Year's Eve day a part of my 2018 Escape's undercarriage shrouding came loose and was dragging on the ground. I couldn't drive the vehicle at highway speeds the 200 miles I was going to be travelling the way it was so I pulled off the highway. Low and behold there was a Ford dealer (Bosak Ford) at the end of the off ramp. I pulled in, warmly greeted by Chase Galipeau and told they would take the car in and see what they could do while I waited. After 20 minutes or so, Chase told me the car was ready so I asked what the charge was and he told me that the only thing he wanted was a good Google review for the services rendered. I of course thought that was a fair deal and once I made the rest of my drive here I sit completing my end of the bargin. Thanks again Chase, I am not sure what I would have done if you were there to help me out in that time of need. Much appreciation.

A 1 customer service all around from Tony Martinez our car salesman. Tony made sure We were happy with our lease. He searched through different states to make sure I got everything I wanted in my Bronco. He also got us great incentives on my Bronco.Christian our sales manager did his part to get us the best deal possible. Sam the general manager made us a deal we couldn't refuse. Brian in Fiance made my payments lower then expected and was out the door in no time. The Lopez family is definitely staying in the Bosak family for life.

Called at 1pm on a Wednesday and was able to get on their schedule for a multi-point check, oil change and tire rotation at 2pm. Upon arrival, mentioned I could use a new horn. They actually had the horn in stock. I was out the door by 3:15. Pricing was fair, customer service was great. I live 90 mins away but will make I’m in the area next time I need another oil change.
